Any SoundOff user can propose a question. Proposed questions are immediately visible in the voting tool for all other users to see and vote.

A user can propose only one question at a time. Proposing a question automatically casts all of the proposer's votes for that question. This prevents question spam and ensures that users have more than a casual interest in the questions they propose.

The question with the most votes at the end of each day will be removed from the voting tool and published in the SoundOff app. All other questions will keep their votes and remain an option for up to seven days. If a question is not selected after seven days, the question will be removed from the voting page.
